Benefit statements

We send out statements each year giving you an update of your pension benefits. The last statements were produced as at 1st July 2009. The annual statement for any AVCs you may have is sent to you separately.

Your statement explains the amount of pension you have earned in the scheme to date and gives an indication of what your pension could be at normal retirement age (NRA). If you are of retirement age, an immediate retirement pension is quoted.

Your statement also confirms the cash amount and pensions payable to your dependants if you die while working for DMGT.

The figures shown on your statement are for guidance only and do not represent a guarantee of entitlement. While we do everything possible to make sure the benefits we quote are accurate, what you are entitled to will depend on the rules of the scheme.

If you would like to request a detailed pension forecast at a specific retirement date of your choice in the near future, please complete this form. If you would like a projection of the likely pension at a date in more than 12 months time please use the Member login and the Pension Planner.
